Sanur Beach Hotel has shower that is not over the bathtub. What you need to do is to request that room when you make the booking. It is a deluxe room type.

Go to http://www.tripadvisor.com and search for Hotel Sanur Beach. They have reviews and pictures posted by people who have stayed there.

If your looking for something super quiet & relaxing… You should jump on a boat to Nusa Lembongan an island only an hours boat ride from Bali.
There is a beach there called Dreamtime Beach ( with accomodation, cheap/moderately priced ) which would have to be one of the most beautiful, quiet & relaxing places i have ever been…
The water is the most crystal blue and there is a township really quite close if u want to get back to reality a little.
The island itself is really quite beautiful & quiet and there are many other beautiful beaches close by that are also not crowded and overrun with tourists.
Dont be put off that it is not in Bali itself as it REALLY close by and if you get too put off by the seclusion you can be back in Bali within an hour.
Hope this helps you out…. Oh and im also 28 too…
Have a great holiday!!!…

You are making a great choice. I lived in Bali for 7 years and Candidasa is one of my favorite place to visit. To drive there is also an amazing experience. Make sure you visit : Bali's mother temple, Pura Besakih, Tenganan (the aboriginal people of Bali) and maybe take a ferry Lombok. Besides that take a trip to Lovina, Lembongan, Ubud on a further side. You have got to explore Bali and easy trips are not worth it. You can even take a bus to Legian, Nusa Dua and your trip to Bali will be complete. The bus company called Perama, and it's all over Bali. Have Fun !

I've stayed at Kuta Paradiso and was quite impressed, it is located right on the shopping district near Kuta, but remember, it's not that close with Kuta Beach.

Bali Bvlgari Resorts to show off to your Friends and Family since there's only 2 in the World.. 1 in Bali and 1 in Milan

cost 1500/ Night tho but since Honeymoons only occurs once in a lifetime… why not?

The hotel that you mean is kuta seaview, hard rock hotel, Pelangi hotel in seminyak, the legian, anantara hotel,Bali mandira, and patra Bali..

Plenty of hotels there depend on your budget. Try this hotel for honeymooners and partygoers :
1. Nikko Hotel at Nusa Dua, Bali (http://www.nikkobali.com/)
great locations.
2. Bali Intercontinental
Apart from that, a lot of private bungalows, three stars hotels there. Stay in Kuta area for beach and night life.
Try Jogja in Central java, a 45 minutes flight from Bali and see Borobudur the largest Budhist temple in the world and many many attractions. You won't regret my advice.
Have a great honeymoon!

It depends on what kind of experience you and your wife want.
Kuta - cheaper accomodations, vibrant nightlife, the beach is great for surfing. Some famous hotels in that area: Hard Rock Hotel, Mercure Kuta Hotel. Things can get noisy and motor vehicles and human traffic can get pretty insane all day long (especially during high season). Beach can also get pretty crowded, and watch out for the street hawkers, they are everywhere and they are very pushy.

Nusa Dua - definitely more upscale, lots of nice 5 star hotels: Hyatt, Nikko, Bale, and coming up St Regis. The area is so much nicer and more organized, and it's also safer. (To refresh your memory, Kuta was the place where the bombing took place). It's more family oriented. The beach is cleaner, but you can't really surf there. I notice that visitors to Nusa Dua tend to stay in the hotel area as opposed to going to the beach or walking around the Nusa Dua area.

Most hotels in Bali will include American buffet breakfast in their pricing.

My personal suggestion for you and your wife would be the Conrad Bali at Benoa. (it's the halfway point between Kuta and Nusa Dua). It's pretty new, it's clean, and the room rate goes for about 90USD/night including breakfast. Benoa beach can be used for water activities, like banana boat, jet ski and parasail.
