So, the phrase that helps you get targeted web site traffic to the specific page of your site will be: “buying condos in Toronto”. This is how keyword research can play an important role in getting targeted web site traffic for your site.

Upload the mp3 to a file storage site (mediafire.com for example) and put a link to that mp3 on your Google site.
I thought you could, why can't you? google even tells you to make a blog with blogger or a site with google site and put your ads there, I did.

Even though you've submitted the URL, this just adds it to the list of websites for the robot to crawl. It can take a long time for this to actually happen and for it to be indexed.
