Batam view hotel

Singapore is a very unique place and for many visitor is a 30 days stay not enough. The country is rather small but it has numerous places to visit, like Sentosa island, night safari, the world famous shopping street Orchard road and many more. One special thing about Singapore is, that it is a multi cult state, the majority of residents is Chinese, then Malay and Indians. All live together as one.
The visa on arrival is valid for 30 days and can be extended on the internet another 30 days, but only once and free of charge.
After this you got the choice of leaving the country to Indonesia or Malaysia. There is a boat to the Indonesian islands Bintan and Batam, but on this article I will concentrate on the visarun to Malaysia, Juhor Bahru.
There are two bridges that connect Singapore with Malaysia, one is in Woodlands and the other one in Tuas, the very west part of Singapore. The easiest way is taking the one in Woodlands, you can basically walk over the border straight to malaysia or take a bus for $1, after you check-out from Singapore.
The visa you get in Malaysia is valid for 60 days, but you only need to stay in Malaysia for at least one night before you can go back to Singapore.
There are a lot of inexpensive hotels near the checkpoint, for as low as 25 ringgit a night.
Since you have time, spend your time wisely and check out the shopping centers, a lot of singaporeans come to Juhor Bahru just to go shopping.
The next day you can go back to Singapore with no problems, the officer usually dont ask what you doing in Singapore if it’s only your second visa.
If you dont have a plan yet with you doing with your extended holiday visit http://www.traveltippsblog.com to read more about activities in Singapore
